The irony is that I only ever started looking it up because my mother was convinced that the Boy was an Aspie. For one thing, he gets sarcasm way better than I do, and makes fun of me when I take things too literally. I understand on a literal level how wrong whatever they are doing is, and it bothers me. Will Ferrell is the bane of my existence! But there are other things that convince me as well: I always get super interested in the people I date.
I have to admit, the angry-at-all-things-male-at-the-moment part of me was particularly excited to see this movie. I enjoyed it, though it took me a minute to decide I liked it. It always had an expiration date. Though I admit I had begun to believe that fact might be alterable, I should have known that, since he was a man, his decision would be final, even though the situation seemingly was more convoluted and thus at least worthy of a second glance. He responded by telling me that his friends did know I existed.

These are my personal observations about the Aspie to Aspie relationship. A relationship between two people with Aspergers, whether platonic or romantic, can move at a very high-speed when in comparison to relationships between one person with Aspergers and .
We will never know what causes it. I highly doubt there will be a cure, and I most certainly do not believe there will be a need for one. The movie is a love story about two undiagnosed Aspies. They developed the relationships between the two characters instead of only focusing on the symptoms. We want friends who are understanding, loyal and trustworthy of us. The only thing this documentary really focused on was the fact that he has trouble interacting with people.
There was one scene at the beginning of the documentary that showed Billy waking to the school cafeteria, constantly scanning the hallway for trouble. Everybody had their own clique of friends, and they had no room for anyone new. I was fed up with this documentary because it focused on all of the things we Aspies have so much trouble with in life. With that being said, Billy did seem like a very intelligent person. I am not going to go into detail about the whole film, but there was one scene that made me go back to the bad memories of my high school years.
He described how he dated a girl, then she dumped him in front of a bunch of people in school.
Its hard enough for “neurotypical” males to deal with females, and the bullshit of dating, marriage and divorce and family court. Would you play Russian roulette with a revolver if 5 of 6 barrels had a bullet in them? Or be married to someone that cheated with 4 other people?
The dating world is fraught with difficulties, more so for the teenager with Asperger’s. This article looks at some of the struggles an Aspie teen might face when dating, as well as ways you as a parent can help alleviate those difficulties to help your teen experience a normal dating life.
Work place Relationships Everyone, regardless of whether they have asperger sy ndrome or not, struggles at times in relationships with others. It is true that aspies may have more difficulties than some, but the fact remains that every person who has friends or is in a relationship sometimes find it hard to get on and communicate well with the other party or parties. The difficulty with understanding jokes and abstract concepts can also make communications within a relationship somewhat harder than the average relationship.
Difficulty understanding social cues may also make communicating somewhat challenging for those with asperger syndrome. So this first entry is specifically about OKCupid. This is the website I joined when I was single. I was drawn to it because I found it aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, and it has a complicated mathematical algorhythm to determine compatibility. Like most Aspies, I fucking love math, and the idea that the potential for romance can be calculated and predicted is appealing to me. That was great for me, because I was able to get an idea of what the website was like, and what the expectations were, and what sort of people were out there.
Unfortunately, the website has been redesigned, and in order to see anything you have to sign up. I had no idea whether the site had changed significantly in the past two years, so I made a temporary false account because I love you and want you to be happy.
I consult the dictionary of human behavior every day. I had to load it into my brain and make it learn that you open doors with hello and that you close them with goodbye. I had to learn the mechanics of when to smile, when to laugh.

Aspie Writer My wife asked me to write a brief blog post for our anniversary. Shocked that she would ask me to contribute to her blog and honored that she would include me in this very personal part of her life. Her writing is part of the means by which she is using to define who she herself is. Aspies almost always say what they mean and mean what they say.
